TFT Set 2: Is it better than Set 1?

Just wondering what everyone thinks about Set 2 so far? I've spent a fair amount of time playing it and for some reason I can't quite pin down, I'm not really enjoying it as much as Set 1. Like when I win a game, I don't really feel the same excitement I used to get when I won in Set 1. Maybe it's because it's harder to follow why I'm winning these games, as sometimes I also don't understand as well why I lose certain games too.

I've asked some of my friends, and they feel somewhat similar. We don't really know why, but we're not nearly as into TFT as we were in Set 1. Obviously Set 1 had it's issues, but something about it seemed more exciting. Curious to see how everyone else is enjoying Set 2 so far?

I feel the exact same way about it. I feel like items don't synergize with these new champions very well at all, which makes it hard to figure out if you're actually doing good. I almost always win early and mid and then get hard crushed late with very few exceptions. I think a bunch of the origins and classes are junk worthless. It also annoys me what they did with some champions, like making Ashe a crystal champ is weird, and making Zed electric instead of shadow is just confusing as hell.

I don't care at all for full champ/synergy reworks every couple months. I haven't played the new set at all.

Much better.

I'm glad Brawlers, Shapeshifters and Void are gone.

I do feel like Predator is a bit too strong though.

I totally agree. I think the season 1 was just more aesthetic and refine. I liked the fact that mast season you could check the damage dealt from almost every auto cauz the board was not full of inferno lava or summoners invocations. I think they tried to make the game feel more complete, wich is legit, but, to me it feels just too much, to much spells and interactions. ( i think it makes games more random as well but hard to say really) Let's see what they bring for tft set 3 . But same as you men, i'm not enjoying it as much as i did so i will definitely not go very far in ranked and probably spend more time on league normal games.

ps: feelsgood to see that im not alone not enjoying the new set lol ;)
