War3arena-like Lol

Intro If you guys know/remember the times when dota was created, then you also know that it started as a Warcraft 3 map. I think the only reason war3 was so popular was due to its diverse custom maps and interactions with creators. My point Maybe riot can create smt similar to war3 map editor in which people can build their own mods (like star guardian pve mods). The mods can be played by everyone and at the end of X months decide on a top 5. The players will receive a skin/icon/emote or maybe t-shirt and riot can polish the maps and make them seasonal mods. What does Riot get Boost in popularity (twitch streams, new players, skilled creators), mods/skin concepts, ideas for maybe other aux games (outside league), the list goes on.
