Aatrox Possible Change Idea

I say, remove the % Blood Well filled per champion hit by his ult.

Increase his Passive's capacity based oh his bonus AD and have its base capacity be straight garbage but scales alright so you have to build a substantial amount of AD for it to actually be useful, but change his damaging abilities to scale based on a small amount of his Max health.

We can have the abilities cost/deal a low amount of damage based on the amount of the Blood Well filled up. So if the Blood Well is empty, his abilities aren't gonna burst people down very well and it will ramp up slowly.

Aatrox overall seems like someone intended to be a jack of all trades FIghter but over time lost what made him a great Fighter/long term scale in a fight. So as the Blood Well painfully and slowly fills up, damage increases but so do the costs. And since the on hit blood well thing we have on his ult now would be removed in this hypothetical change, Aatrox HAS to just Jax/Darius it and outright keep fighting instead of instantly getting something he should be slowly working towards.

Now because the ramp up time would be garbage, I'd imagine Aatrox would die before he has the time to actually fill his Blood Well. Because the costs increase as the Well fills up, I'd like to imagine that would prevent people from spamming his Q/E with nothing around to keep it filled since he would be losing a shitload of health if he wasn't actively attacking something.

I tried thinking of reworks that maintain Aatrox's jack of all trades esk. style but amplify his long term damage in a fight. I think this can work if the numbers are done right. I was thinking about changing other numbers of Aatrox's but ultimately this is the most viable option I could come up with that didn't break his current kit.
