Seriously it's so useless and amounts to nothing especially compared to the rest (ocean is also meh but still not as useless)

I mean come on, so little out of combat movespeed.. as in 15

I honestly take the cloud drake just to hope another useful one will respawn and am pretty sure lots of players feel the same

What COULD BE a better idea was if ((maybe)) Cloud and Ocean drake buffs are put into one drake and the remaining drake could get a max health buff (say like 5/10/15%)

Just and idea, doesn't matter if it happens, what matters is making every drake buff counts

they need to make it out of combat with champions.

So watching some European Challenger teams, none of them so far value Cloud Dragon. They have basically been taking it if there is nothing else to do.
