TF/SUPPORT AND OVERALL MAGES

I need your guys feed back on twisted fate and is he going to be good with the new mage items (since he didn't get any rework). And do you guys think that mage supports like zyra/brand/annie will take over the support role? And which mage do you think became overpowered in mid lane with this patch?
