Stupid Ranking System

Hi, everyone. I think this season ranking system has a huge problem and i must should be fixed!!!!!!!! U can check my match history. My ID is: kongma 12 defeat in a row and 13 victory in a row. How can this be real ???? Am i am a plat player, i matched silver which should be impossible. How can i match with those players who also lose several game in row when i am losing 10 games in a row ?????
