Locked out

So I took a break from league for awhile & I forgot my password. I've tried resetting it, but for some reason many websites (not just riot) cannot in a timely manner, if at all, send to TWC/Spectrum mail. It's been 3 days since I requested a password reset and I have no mail in either my spam or inbox. I've stopped using that email for this exact reason. It's been hacked on several occasions, all kinds of problems. Is there anyway this can be restored or have my email changed so I can reset my password & regain access?
