A way to make dragon controllable?

Throwing a suggestion out there, so agree or disagree if you want: what if there was a way to make a certain dragon element appear through the use of multiple kinds of scuttlecrabs?

Like, maybe three or four different coloured scuttles come out at the same time. Once one of them is killed, they are used as feed to draw in the drake as a small amount of time passes, since the opposing team should have enough time to contest while the dragon is lured. Of course their numbers should be changed.

Also wondering if removing the original Fire Drake’s buff on damage and replacing it with the Mountain Drake’s passive. Instead, the new Mountain Drake Passive would be damage reduction. The new changes I would implement would be:

Volcano Drake: Deals an additional 10/20/30% to turrets, structures and epic monsters. Mountain Drake: Reduces all physical and magical damage by 1.5/3/4.5%. Ocean Drake: Recovers mana and health equal of 3.5/7/11.5% of the champion’s missing health and mana. Wind Drake: Movement speed is increased by 2.5/5/7.5%, and doubles outside of combat.

It would not only solve the RNG, but also be a good first small step on reducing the incoming damage in the game as a whole. What do you think?

P.S. For those who think they should get rid of elemental dragons and revert to season 2’s dragons are equivalent to stale bread. Thankfully not moldy, but still stale.
