Wukong tweak

I have some tweak suggestions to make Wukong more fluid

-Making his ult damage tick every 0.5 sec( instead of ex: 100dmg/sec make it 50dmg/0.5sec.Like Garen spin !!!) -cancel is Q animation when you dash with your E (Like Nidalee with takedown/pounce) His combo would be easier and faster to do.

• a bit more base armor for jungle(reduce is passive by 1 and add 2 base. i mean even zed as more armor). -slightly lower some mana cost.

Here are all the small tweak I could think of to improve Wukong quality of life. Thanks for sharing your opinions :)
