Those who think Riot "Lied" to the Player Base need to look up the defintion of Lie

According to Google, a Lie is "an intentionally false statement".

When they announced Solo Que, they believed at the beginning that Solo Que could exist. It was an intentionally true statement, that winded into a accidental false statement after they realized that Solo Que couldn't happen with Dynamic being in the state of affair it is. Them lying to us, would be for them to have never considered Solo Que in the first place, but say "We'll being implementing Solo Que", and not doing it.

At the beginning, Riot said it with intentions of doing so, but failed to find a way to do it effectively. That is not a lie, that is them trying and failing. Say what you must, but they did not lie about Solo Que.
