when someone AFK or DCs

at the 4 minute mark after taking 2 deaths top lane and never comes back in to the game.

Can you not implement a system that punishes the leaver and reduces the lost LP for the people who then have to sit there for atleast another 16 minutes 5 vs 4.

you have no built in systems to prevent this so why not look into it why do we only have a 3:30 window in order to remake. if someone DCs and completely leave the game double or triple there LP loss ban them for double the amount of time and make everyone else in the team have it as a remake seems fair to me.
