Mastery Emotes

Can we have a functionality to bind Mastery emotes to the emote wheel, with the effect varying by the current champion's mastery? Say you bind mastery to first blood (the obvious choice), on your level 7 Yasuo, it flashes automatically (as if it wouldn't already). But, on your level 4 Talon, it'd flash your level 4. And on your level two MF, it doesn't flash anything.
