stable FPS, stable ping, still lagging

Hey guys! I am really getting huge lag spikes in-game, exactly in team fights (most of them), and my fps is stable, my ping is stable too, but I am lagging my fps is capped on 60, it is going around 57-61, I am using a wired connection, any solution?
