Riot's response to tanks

Community: Tanks are completely unplayable top lane because of conqueror and damage overtuning. Assassins are out of control.

Riot KEKW response: Let us add conqueror to garen e, so he can be a tank that shreds other tanks. That will fix the problem of him going afk in ranged counter match ups, even though we've given him nothing in his kit to fight ranged champions.
