Riot, please make it blatantly obvious it's someone's turn to ban or pick/lock in, and even MORE obvious that they have to lock in! So obvious that even Joe Dumbfuck can't miss it. Put a massive arrow pointing to the button if you so have to with the caption "PRESS THIS BUTTON!"
