more upgrade type mechanics @riot

this type of play style makes the game play refreshing and allows for more controlled power spikes in where you want to see them so far we have two type of upgrade champs like kha zix and viktor i wonder if its a possibility to have more champs like that and if we get any more champ reworks will that be added to there kit ?
