What do i do for ranked?

Hey everyone, Before I start, I know that people are most likely going to say that I'm just another complaining kid who has no patience for ranked, but I honestly have no clue what to do for ranked at this point. I'm really frustrated and am trying to keep my patience up. Recently, I have been demoted into gold 5. So, I agree that this doesn't sound too bad already, but it's the fact that I went into promos for gold 2, four times in a row and lost all 4 times. After I lost all four times, I don't know what happened but i just keep on losing games. Currently, I am at a 7 game losing streak. Demoted from gold 3, then 4, and now back to 5. What to do I honestly do? Every game, there is someone who is feeding really hard and nobody cooperates with each other. I know this sounds really childish, but like 12 games in a row? I'm honestly so frustrated right now with this nonsense. And I know I'm not the only one who is impatient because I have received around 3-4 notifications already about my reports on other players that have assisted in them being penalized. Does anyone have any advises for me? Because I feel like this match-making queue just consistently pairs me up with the worst players. And at this rate, I'm going to be ending up in bronze despite going into promos for gold 2 four times in a row.
