ARAM rework

I don't exactly know how Riot determines who gets which champion, all I know is that it is not 100% random. 1 out of 5 times I get either Shen or Shyvana, or one champion out of a roster of around 10 or 15 champions that are the only ones I ever get.

I don't like playing certain champions neither I enjoy playing the same ones that I don't like over and over again, then I'll dodge and get banned for not being able to have fun with stupid champs that I don't enjoy playing with.

So what is the point of Riot forcing you not to have fun? You either take pleasure in your suffering and waste of time, or you get banned for 15, 30, or 10000 minutes.

ARAM is a really fun concept, but it needs a rework, allowing us to ban certain champions or roles (for ourselves, not for others) that we do not enjoy would make it more fun for everyone. For instance, I like being MID or SUPP during normal games. It takes longer to learn gameplay mechanics of several different mid lane champs doing only normal games. I started playing ARAM to learn more champs and be able to choose quicker which ones fit my play style and which ones don't. But how can I do that if I keep getting Shen?

ARAM is supposed to be a quick and fun game, but it turns into clown fiesta whenever people have champs they don't want to play with and are forced to by riot.
