Woulden't this be a good time to give him a skin that DOESNT SUCK

not to say police is bad, but all his skins are hard core basic, he could use at leaste one fancy skin for those who like the over the top things. And he has plenty of things to work with, he is literally a lightning bear, so many animation possibilities.
