Ardent Censer is overloaded.

Just look at all the stats this item gives. 60 ap, 10% cdr. , 10% stronger heals and shields, 8% movement speed which is a lot, attack speed and onhit sustain to the shielded person, which combined with the keystone that gives armor /mr. + all the lifesteal they already buy pretty much turns your squishy adc into a drain tank, and all these stats and bonuses for 2300 gold.

The only drawback to the item is that , not that many champions or supports can effectively use it, but otherwise it's absurdly overpowered. Why is Janna getting nerfed instead of this item?
