There should be no Auto-fill in Bronze - Gold...

I understand the need for auto-fill at higher tiers of play seeing as the que times without them are tremendous. However this auto-fill to save us 1-2 minutes in lower tiers is just frustrating. It:

  1. Causes a larger number of dodges hence actually increasing the amount of time spent outside of the game waiting.
  2. Increases the frustration for people getting auto-fill meaning a greater likelihood of tilting or trolling.
  3. Increases the chances of a team with an auto-fill support losing as the bot lane without one gets ahead by a large margin.

You are not understanding the point I am making. I know you don't care personally about having to play support a couple games. I know you don't care if other people are upset about having to play support.

I am simply laying out the facts that autofill is increasing the wait time because of dodges. It is also decreasing the quality of each game as someone who doesn't want to comply is put in the role which is then more inclined to rage, troll or feed.

This is not a rant. This is laying out facts as to why autofill in lower divisions is doing more harm than good.

So they shouldn't implement autofill where it is needed most? I understand the lower elo have a harder time adjusting, but bronze-gold is like 70% of all league players.

With all this complaining about auto fill I kind of wish they would just remove role selection entirely. You used to have to be able to play all 5 roles and if you can't play all 5 roles then you shouldn't be playing ranked. It's amazing how quickly everyone becomes entitled.
