Does this mean that during the mage update Riot is going to FINALLY GIVE MORGANA A BETTER FUCKING PASSIVE?! Or is she going to be considered "super unique and op" since she has spellvamp? (a HUGE fucking 20% at max level...) Also, NOT excited about Athene's chalice UNLESS you get to heal yourself when you shield yourself. I love doing Morgana mid and I am tired of her being a support main with mid potential. Also, thank you, Riot. I was really tired of my AP items giving me actual ability power.

You're being angry over nothing, these ideas are budding and have yet to be confirmed as the final state of these items and reworks.

That being said, I think they should tweak stuff more often

Cooldown reduction is good, it gives you the chance to use more spells.

And the fact is, there is the new hextech items that gives you generous amounts of poke/disengage.

If that HexTech Rocket Belt comes out on Live it'll add a LOT of damage to your overall kit.

Raw stats are being traded for different things. It's just a power shift and that's it.

I agree with the Holy Grail change, but again, I'll just wait until live before complaining anymore. Right now it's all on paper and it's just that... Paper is different from live numbers. a 0.5 second slow doesn't sound like much, but in game it can literally mean life or death.

spell vamp isn't dying out they just removed it from all items cause it didn't work except maybe on vlad
