Can i atleast get a refund for all my Shen skins if hes going to be nerfed because competitive play?

That doesnt make any sense. If i knew he'd be shit on because the LCS then i honestly wouldnt have 4 of his skins on my main acc.

I already feel like hes completely lackluster in team fights, his ult is amazing and the rest of his kit has to be mediocre-Normal to make up for it. But i do not see a reason to nerf his Q damage.
