Why does ping spike?
Most of the time I have 32 ping, but randomly for like an hour I randomly will spike up to 300 for 5 seconds then spike down, then spike up then spike down, anyone know why this happens and how to stop it?

your computer, your modem, your isp, packet loss between all those 3 and across the net to the riot servers... riots servers and so on...
