How Aatrox Can be Improved

So I know rito probably won't and maybe even can't really do much at this point, but I just wanted to see the different ways that people think this new Aatrox could be improved, mostly gameplay wise but also thematically. In my opinion, I think he is wayyyy to clunky and easily kite-able. I feel like I'm being self-rooted for longer than the actual knock up would last on his q's. (I know you can use e during the cast but it still just feels clunky, especially with the e CD being very long without 2 charged up already). While I know that some people believe that the third q is too fancy and does not fit his archetype, I actually like the animation. However, I feel like it would make more sense if Aatrox would jump forward a bit as if he was using his e during it. I like the synergy between e and q, but the cool-down is extremely long. Additionally, I feel like it would fit better thematically if his ult somehow empowered his allies (like rallying troops in a war with dark magic) by giving them some sort of boost in something like movement speed or attack speed, even just for a decaying time after initial cast. Also, I wish the ult animation could be canceled or combo'ed so you don't have to stop once you use it. And lastly, though it's not gameplay and is likely very hard to change, I really wish his voice lines would be calm and methodical like his old ones, but everyone is saying this, so I won't go into detail. What do you guys think?
