new tristana

ok so i feel like you need to give champions some strengths and weaknesses aswell as the ability to counter play and be countered but it does not make sense that tristana should be able to jump out of blitz's q whenever she wants by pressing w before it was more balanced because it had to be at a very specific time but after the remake her w lets her jump out whenever I was playing earlier and I was hooking tristana many times in lane but she would w out it made no sense that if she was taking off that it wouldnt cancel or that shes able to click w during the time shes hooked since its a castable ability and blitz stuns with his pull I think there should be a small timeframe where she can w out of the blitz pull but not for it to be as big as when the hook is shot and about a second after it hits
