Bring back the Eternal Nightmare

This is my first post so please be nice ;)

I play Nocturne main because he is my favourite champion, and I have over 100k mastery points with him (I'm only missing the Halloween skin and Eternum skin), and have witnessed his underuse. Mainly because he's probably one of the weakest assassins in the game, and in my opinion because there is too much counter play against him even if I have had excellent games (and terrible games too) with him and watched games on Youtube with higher level players (this is coming from a level 25 perspective). He's been out for so long so you probably know his abilities by now. So this what I suggest for him as buffs and make him more interesting to play and for him to make a comeback into competitive play: -His Q spell Duskbringer: add 1 element, an escape. Nocturne is one of many champions that doesn't have a proper escape in the game (keep in mind that Paranoia, Nocturne's R spell/ultimate, does not count because of the long cooldown and situational use for escaping). The idea is that Noctune could have a small dash with a range like Jax's jump, Kindred's jump or flash by reactivating Duskbringer, this can only work while on the dusk trail for it not to be too overpowered. Could be used as an escape or aggressively by going in front of an enemy champion. -His W spell Shroud of Darkness, a shorter cooldown, 17 seconds to 15 seconds

  • His E spell Unspeakable Horror, not only does it do very little damage but also a very short solo fear and at very short range, the movement speed gain is utterly useless, I suggest a longer range and a shorter cast time, so that the movement speed gain could be not as useless. -His R spell/ultimate, Paranoia, the dash on this ability is probably the most broken thing about Nocturne, perfect for ganking but the downsides are that it is almost utterly useless for securing the kill and in team fights, so here i believe that a fear would be great here, upon impact, Nocturne fears the champion hit and everyone around it in a short range bubble. (I admit that the fear bubble, at least one the main target, upon impact is a bit broken but the counter play against Nocturne is ridiculous, but come on, he is the Eternal Nightmare after all, he is meant to put fear in everyone's mind).

Hope you like my ideas and thanks for reading, please feel free by adding anything that I may have left out, and by submitting your own ideas.
