eh conq noc is not as good as lethal tempo imo. he has no real AD ratios besides his initation, which would have 0 conq stacks.

also its crazy to think how many champs there are. i remember when there was 102 champions lol.

I agree completely with dumping it. It was designed to be a tank buster, and it no longer fills this role. It's just a busted sack of ass. They've tried to balance it more times than all the other runes combined since it was created, and they can't, cause its bad, so drop it already.
