Addressing the changes made to /remake

Dear Riot, I mean this whole sincerely when I say /remake used to work great. But with the recent changes you made to it it seems to never work anymore when it should. I'm sure it will still sometimes work, in a very rare case which is still better than nothing. But the problem is that we are back to the old 4v5 all game or have an adc that connects 15 minutes late situation that we used to have. Simple solution: If any player disconnects before 1:30 then /remake becomes available. There really is no counter argument to this it's simply the way it should work tired of starting promos with an automatic loss because riot fails to have my back. So please riot, bring back the old /remake give the players a reason to keep climbing instead of tilting
