Riot gave data that the majority of her playerbase are mains, and that was when she had a 52% wr with 15% pr.
Due to that, it's normal for her winrate to rise when her playrate lowers. People who were on the "Riven OP, freelo" train left her and stopped lowering the winrate. Simple as that.
I am yet to see a good Riven, so I have a reason to believe Riot's data more than the iron analysts from the boards.
