Easiest way is to STOP FEEDING. The game isn't about kills. It's about destroying the enemy Nexus. You grab kills when you can, but don't tower dive, chase they enemy for more than a few seconds, go where you have no vision, etc. Basically just play safe. If you have more than 5 deaths on avg, you are doing it wrong.
