Sejuani nerfs
Sejuani is pretty OP right now. I don't mind gaining freelo with her but she needs nerfs.
The slow on her Ws 2nd hit is kinda oppressive even though the ability description calls it "brief." Also Ithink the second swing should work like Fiora's Riposte, stopping at the first champ hit (but still hitting all non-champions). That way enemy tanks could at least protect their carries by getting in between.
Also her passive % damage can be double-procced by using her E and then R for a stupid amount of burst damage. Moving part of her passive's damage to her E could be one way to fix this.
Moving on, Sejuani can trade with melee enemies far too easily by stunning them, getting her passive damage, and then Qing away to wait her the cooldown. It made more sense back when Sejuani's Q had the 8% max health damage, because it was a significant portion of her overall damage. Right now Sejuani's Q does pathetic damage, which means she can freely use it for utility as a gap closer or an escape. She can use it to get in W range of an enemy, or she can Q->R to engage from fog of war range almost like Zac E. Moving damage from the rest of her kit to her Q would force her to actually hit enemies to be most effective.
