Is Xayah ult As good as it could have been?

Personally, I think that Xayah could have had a better ult. Although her current ult is good, I think that it could have been something like a team buff in her area, like Sivir, or it could be like, a barrage of feathers (point and click ability) that could deal true damage, or increase Xayah's damage to that champ for the next few seconds. Anyone else think her ultimate could have some changes? I made a poll to see who agrees and disagrees!
