Being a teemo main let me just say: He doesn't need to be nerfed, and he really doesn't need to be buffed. He can go toe-to-toe with anyone and he can be countered by literally anyone. so can we just stop with the rework talk? Ok, well maybe we could fix that control-ward thing. But other than that, leave him be.
