Heimer.... delete him

There is no counter to 4v1. anyone can drop 3 turrets press R drop a huge turret and roll everything... especially when the turrets AAs do more damage than any adc's to date. its senseless, not matter who you pick you cannot farm against him cause he just plops new turrets down every (insert turret CD here) secs and progresses up the lane, he cant be ganked becuase if your jungler comes he just stands by his turrets and lets them kill you both before he even gets touched. Its the biggest hack champ in the game. I report every heimer player for cheating and negative attitude just based on principal and their decision to pick this noob champ. Please do something about him. Deleting him is a little harsh i admit... but he needs more of a limit on turrets. at least make it so the more he has out the less damage each one does, or if he uses his ult to place one that all the rest dissapear or something. Point is though ive never seen him countered. or balanced for that matter, it doesnt matter what lane hes in its a 4v1, 4+v2 cause his turrets do way too much damage for a permanant thing that the only way it goes away is if you (or the minions) kill it.
