Does your behaviour affect the matchmaking?

Title. Just got chat restricted from honor 5 for "naming and shaming" after I argued with some INTresting players who made fun of me for building Infinity Edge with Pickaxe and BF Sword. Does dodging or chat-restrictions affect the matchmaking at all?
