New Champion Request...

Kind of a random thought and possibly not a popular one at that. But what are the chances we can get another champion that has a Fear, taunt, or charm mechanic in his/her kit. Stuns, knock-ups and 3 hit passives are cool and all but i think the game could use a few more of the listed disables..
