What are these smurfs ?

I recently started playing this game ive almost got to level 10 but i cant ever win a game. ive played about 20 online games and each time there are these players who have 20 something kills and i cant even touch them they call themselves smurfs and to what i know they are players who made a new account. as some one who is actuly new to the game i cant play because of all 20 games ive played ive found that 90% of the players are smurfs so im done playing this game because all i have seen is people who are extremely rude and mean so i think your game is going to die out because there is no way for a new player to do anything when the other team kills you litterly anywhere you are after 10 min they are killing me under that tower i cant do anything about it and i liked playing the game i got relly hooked on the idea and playing but the people make this game go from a 7/10 to a 1/10 also ive found no logic in this game at all stats say that some one is a tank but then they have 2000 hp and one hit you ? im sorry but where is the logic behind that ???
