Make teemo a hyper-carry like kog maw and now ppl will only have to hate about teemo but make sure to put him in a cage to avoid ppl ripping his bones one by one from his body and also make the champ so you cant bann him and just put a little disclaimer that teemo have some issue atm on top of the client so he cant be permabann .
