Why does Oracle's Extract...

Why does Oracle's Extract reveal invisible champions? I was playing a match as Teemo and couldn't figure out for the life of me how they knew where I was every time. Well apparently Oracle's reveals invisible champions. WTF??

I thought we covered this. So Oracle's can reveal champions, but Vision Wards can't?

For a mere 300 gold, you can counter Teemo for 5 straight minutes. That's just stupid. 300 Gold to completely dispose of a champion?

When I play against Teemo, Oracle's is a useful tool. But now seeing how much it hurts his gameplay- I think we can do without it.

It costs 300 Gold... Boots of Speed, Cloth Armor.. 300 Gold items should not have that much of an impact.

It would be a shame though to remove the mechanic entirely. Just don't make it so easily available. I think a new item should be made to balance this issue. Something more expensive, and not so potent.

Make Oracle's a Refillable Potion, and decrease the duration to a minute.
