Tryndamere nerfs and compensation with the upcoming crit item changes

Tryndamere is an incredible fun champ to play and i'd like for him to stay that way. I mean he is not viable for competetive play and barely for high elo in general (maybe as a niche pick vs a select few champions) but he is playable.

The problem with the new crit items is that they are a flat nerf for an already underperfoming champion (see FoggedFTW youtube vid on that topic) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kYp7P8DcG0 and while there are many ways to potentially buff tryndamere i'd like to propose a change for his ult that removes tryndameres dependency on conqueror.

Give tryndamere some true dmg on his ult as a permanent passive. Like (values have to be tested ofc) 10% of tryndameres dmg is converted to true dmg with every level of his ultimate. Meaning 10% true dmg at lvl 6, 20% at lvl 11 and 30% at lvl 16. And make it so that this true dmg does not stack with other sources of true dmg (basicly make conqueror worthless on trynd) so you cannot take conqueror anymore but any other rune is now pretty much viable and this would open up a lot of build paths. Ofc 30% true dmg is alot but you have to keep in mind that trynd would only have this amount in late game (ult lvl 3). Also this change would actually make it viable to level trynds ult beyond the first point.

Ofc this would be a flat buff (basicly incorporate conqueror into tryndameres kit because it is the only reason trynd is not a troll pick right now) but given that he is already a "weak" champion and considering that those item changes will nerf him even further this buff would not be over the top. If the numbers are too much they can always be adjusted and tested but i feel like this would be a pretty fair change.

Any opinions about this?
