matchmaker putting premade teams against random teams

so, let me preface this with saying that i am no great player, i just play casual normals and dont really touch ranked anymore (busy, no time to keep up, not very good, etc)

the thing im running into in games, especially these normal randoms is every once in a while it will put you and your group of randomly assembled people against an obviously premade team of players and the match becomes so rediculously one sided that its almost impossible to compete with their level of communication. you can especially tell when 3 or 4 of them have matching names or something. wards help somewhat but even then the micro communications win teamfights.

could there be a way to filter these premade teams or partially premade teams into their own matchmaking queue of other premade teams so its somewhat balanced grounds? as it is, running into one of these teams is almost always a loss when you cant get the same level of communications on your side.
