Clarity about runes reforged changes

The changes made to champions for the Runes Reforged update are not "buffs/nerfs"

Whenever I make post about champions whose last 3+ updates have only been nerfs, there's always that guy that brings up the Runes Reforged stat changes.

I'm not sure if they're trolling or are unfamiliar with the concept of what buffs/nerfs actually are.

Yes, stat changes are buffs/nerfs individually, but the Runes Reforged update simply "rebalanced" every champ to fit into the new system. Champs that were in bad positions are still in bad positions, and vice versa for champs on top of the world.
