normal games and ranked games punishments for afk

So i believe that the punishment for afk should be different with in ranked afks and normal game afks. When people get an afk in normal's they are normally a little mad but its a normal game you aren't gonna lose anything big, when its a ranked game though, even if you have an afk your whole team loses LP? honestly to me that doesn't seem fair. why should the whole team get punished for a rage quiter by losing lp? the worst that happens for the afker is 20 min timers for 5 games? personally i don't think that does much, i feel like if you get an afk play in your team in ranked the team with the afk shouldn't lose LP because someone lose a 1v1 and left the game. (of course i know that the afk player also loses LP but that's what every loses) so my idea is, that the person that afk gets the normal punishment you have with the timer and losing the LP but he/she should lose extra LP (not like 40 LP for afk like just enough to make sure he/she understands not to afk in ranked) and the team with the afk wouldn't lose LP. So how i believe this should work for an afk player is like so, they have about 7-8 mins more or less (your call on time) to reconnect and if they leave again that it its declared an afker and the person will lose more LP and get the timer while the team doesn't lose LP (this way people will take WI-FI problems a little more serous and someone with 200 ping wont go in to a ranked game because they feel like like it). Also if the person goes after around the end of the game THE WHOLE TEAM WILL LOSE LP because there will be a time set for an afker, example: lets say i am in a game that goes on for 45 minutes long and i get someone that afks with in the last 7-8 mins in the game (again your call on time) they whole team will lose LP! I hope people see this and enjoy the ideas i gave! (i just want the punishments for this game to get better and the system to work better and give people second thoughts about what they are gonna do)
