Ranked Match Making Broken!!!!

Past 14 games in league of legends where losses, been running with my buddy in duo we are typically 5/0 5/1 5/2 at 12min consistent keeping good cs 5 at least of each wave and yet will be matched with unranks or actual irons (we are now demoted to bronze and are on a steady path to iron) like no matter what lane we will get a snowball it and shut down enemy jger yet for some reason bot lane ( we will always go top/mid top/ jg mid/jg) plays a feed match with the enemy bot lane and if there jg is smart to there jg. I have honestly gone as far as to getting a coach for my last 5 and of course there are some placing issues I have but even my coach has said what the hell is the matchmaking I've been getting into. I honestly don't get it, we just got out of a match at 10min the enemy Draven was 9/0 at 10min, the consistent placing with players whom don't know how to play from behind don't know how to build there rune pages and just an overall lack of knowledge of the game we are constantly placed with and at least on the other team for the past 8 they have had high bronzes and low silvers. DO NOT GET THE RIOT MATCH MAKING PROCESS. COMPLETE *******!
