wards quality of life

On wards in season 6, there was a little "buff" that i could hover over to see who placed them. I would use this information to understand the enemy teams warding habits. now, in season 7, i no longer have this, so i can never really grasp who is warding and how much their care about it. this is such a minor detail that is just helpful to have. please bring it back, there was no reason to get rid of it
