Advanced ranked matches

Hey.. Every1 have that games when our team lose they lane and it can lose whole game. Fine, sometimes it happens.. every1 of us have a bad day. But what if its not about a bad day? I created this discussion because I am tilted couse of my last games.. most of them are lost because some1 pick theyr "main" champ that is not even lv 4 and lose lane, or as jungler never gank lanes, or better refuse, because he need farm ( whole game ). Point is that i think that would be great if riot create something like advanced rankeds where you can join only if you have already some skill with champ you wanna play or role. I think its realy bad, that every1 who got engouth champs can play rankeds. They have champs but no skill. That ruin games. This should be change .. Just write down, what you think about this and sorry for my english... Ye I know.. its not perfect..
