List of Forgotten/Left Behind Champions

Maybe it's just me but with 134 champions there are bound to be some that are forgotten or underplayed. But I feel the amount that are is way too excessive and needs to be looked at. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CHAMPION STRENGTH. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS LIST PLEASE TELL ME WHY

I understand that , & are slated for reworks. THERE IS MOST LIKELY MORE THAT I MISSED. ONCE AGAIN THIS IS MY OPINION.

(like Nid) What exactly is wrong with Koggles? Seems stable. has buffs on pbe, fights with Karma for the limelight awaiting full VGU ??????????why is she here?????? solid, consistent playerbase. Specific playstyle. has a playerbase, but the meta doesn't favour him. There's other champ picks that do similar things too. Sej has her playerbase, but She's similar to Amumu and the like; needs differentiation probably. ????not sure why Sion is here?????? He's pretty common. Has a solid playerbase, and a certain jungle playstyle. Is unbenched less frequently than I'd like. Has his diehard mains. Ranged support meta is holding him back. They've mentioned updating Voli same with Xin. Diver update. Awaiting full VGU They've mentioned a Tryn update, but others need it more right now. Top tier mid. Why is he here??????
