Why Do I Play Support?
Any of you adcs, jgs, mids, and tops might have been wondering this question. If you weren't why are you here? Anyways. So as a support main I've both won and lost my fair share of games. I've enjoyed quite a few and not so much others. The reason I play support is similar to how I am in real life. I may not carry the team, I can't 1v5 pentakill, but I can try and keep my friends happy and healthy. I help my team like I would help my friends. Without question. In the end as a support I can say that what makes this game most enjoyable is winning a game as support and having your teammates praise you. i didn't do anything major other than set up some plays and help keep people alive, but in a game with growing toxicity we should all try and act more like supports. This is a team-based game, and without communication, civility, friendship, this game wouldn't be where it is today. So. Overall. I play support because I like to help, but I also like the occasional "good job!". Don't forget your support has feelings too! Tell them what you think they did good. They will appreciate it.
