Shield Thresh

since the decline of the mighty tank era in bot lane support role. I have very much wanted to build some new and exciting setup for my bread and butter support thresh. he is the gnar of the support world and hell can hold his own even in a solo lane.

the idea is since relic and tank items are being nerfed and locket isn't so hot now on tanks when rushed. why not use an old build I used to love on thresh? Shield Thresh!

building ardent and redemption using hooks more like a ranged morg and focusing more on disengage than engage unless needed. I am taking arey spirit and the boost to shields from my items will bring some life back into locket. plus thresh has infinife scaling though it isn't very good lol.

arey helps poke in lane and shields. maxking w on thresh provides lots of protection to the adc while allowing you to use the other abilities for utility. starts with 60 shields upped by 40 per level. can get down to 9ish secs with max cdr. down to about 4 or 5 if you go over cdr cap.

building all the shield boosting items currently cc removal ardent. redemption. locket ect for maximum shieldage with mobi boots to top it off.

just have to play more in the back peeling off people and shielding with your w / repositioning.
